. We sold our previous house in December 2014 and Brandon came out to do a service check on our furnace as part of the agreement with the new buyers. We were very impressed by his professional attitude and capabilities. He arrived on time and answered all the questions we had.
When we moved into our new home in January 2015, I set up an appointment to do the same service at the new house. Once again he answered all the questions and concerns we had, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing and why so I felt confident I would not have to worry about having a problem with my furnace in the middle of winter. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them. In fact I have them coming out in May to service my AC unit.

Brandon arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
I will certainly call McArthur & Sons for any future repairs I need.

Everything worked out OK

The repair persons at this company are the greatest.  After finding a problem with the circuit board I was told that they would have to go to a supplier to get a new one (this was on 01/08/2015) and it would take several days.  On Monday, 01/12/2015 I received a call that they had obtained the circuit board and if I was available it could be accomplished within the next twenty minutes.  The circuit board was under under warranty so it was cost free. Arrival time was in about ten minutes and within twenty minutes the unit was installed, tested and working bringing heat into the house.  We have used McArthur and Sons (and before them Schroeders) since we moved to North RIdgeville in the 1970s and have never considered any other company and when our two furnaces need replacing this was the company we used.  Throughout the years the persons we have dealt with have been the greatest and we have received nothing but fantastic service.  We will be seeing them again in the spring when we get our two air conditioners serviced.  Thanks for all the great years of service.

Everyone involved with the project was overwhelmed with their service from the time they came out to give a detailed quote to the finish of the job. We would highly recommend them!

These guys are great. They have fixed our furnace and air conditioner for about 7-8 years. They really surprised us when they can repair things we thought couldn't be repaired.. If its repairable they will fix the furnace or airconditor rather than trying to sell you a new one. I have reccommended them to all my friends.

The serviceman was on time and very efficient and polite. He cleaned up well after himself and we are very satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to friends and family.
