+ 1 moreThe product is fine. It's just it was not installed correctly. They had a nice selection. There's a pretty fiber glass in the middle.
Description of Work: We purchased new doors from there. It was a front entrance door.

+ -1 moreI wouldn't send my dog to them. They were installed two to three months late. There was a problem and they didn't come back for a month or two. There was another problem and they never came back. It was supposed to be installed December 2013. They weren't installed until February 14 and they're still not right. Neither door was installed correctly. He did come back in a timely manner and we though he had it fixed. It's still not fixed. I went into the store and said my doors are still not fixed at the service desk. I said this really need to be taken care of. The lady at the front desk called in someone and said, if you go over isle nine, look for somebody named Larry and you can talk to him about it. My doors are still not fixed. There are gaps. The front door, we fixed it ourselves, it wouldn't latch correctly. You couldn't lock the door if its still open.
Description of Work: They installed the doors that we bought from them. They installed two doors for the front and back entry.
