 + -1 moreFirst of all,No permit poll bad workmanship minimum grade materials cement is not properly done. No stones, no fencing and that is Not four inches. Took longer than coated he passed to be pulled by workers of the job to send the other jobs to work on. He didn't finish the job. Deck is unsafe to walk on and will not pass city code.
