He was on time and very pleasant during the entire process. He took the time to explain how he does the tuning and quickly did the minor repair at no extra cost.

DON IS VERY ORGANIZED. HE ACTUALLY CALLS ME ONCE A YEAR TO REMIND ME THAT IT'S TIME TO TUNE THE PIANO. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT KNOWN PROBLEMS WITH MY SPECIFIC MODEL. HE'S VERY PUNCTUAL, VERY PLEASANT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I LISTED AN APPROXIMATE COST, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT IT ACTUALLY WAS. I'M A NEW MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST, AND I SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENTER A REPORT FOR SOMEONE I'VE USED REPEATEDLY.
