 + -1 moreHe was on time and very pleasant during the entire process. He took the time to explain how he does the tuning and quickly did the minor repair at no extra cost.
Description of Work: Mr. Bratton tuned the piano and fixed a key that was sticking at times.

 + -1 moreNo issues. He shows up on time, does his job, cleans up after himself, and doesn't mind explaining what he's doing to an audience of children.
Description of Work: Tuned piano, made repairs as needed. One key still not working optimally, but he would come back if I asked him to. I'll let him fix it the next time he's here. Don always calls me every 6 months or so to see if I'm ready to schedule the next tuning, but he doesn't pester. It's the perfect amount of reminding.

 + -1 moreDON IS VERY ORGANIZED. HE ACTUALLY CALLS ME ONCE A YEAR TO REMIND ME THAT IT'S TIME TO TUNE THE PIANO. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT KNOWN PROBLEMS WITH MY SPECIFIC MODEL. HE'S VERY PUNCTUAL, VERY PLEASANT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I LISTED AN APPROXIMATE COST, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT IT ACTUALLY WAS. I'M A NEW MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST, AND I SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENTER A REPORT FOR SOMEONE I'VE USED REPEATEDLY.
