+ -1 moreHe was cheap and sloppy, and the job took forever. He did a lot of the work for the money; it was inexpensive. The problem was that the work wasn't done very well, and he didn't talk with us enough. He made a lot of assumptions as to what we wanted. He used sub-contractors and thought that we were going to keep track of them. He kept running into "emergencies," and his communication was terrible. He would disappear for a week at a time.
Description of Work: They did a remodeling job for a first-floor laundry room. They added a room, did some plumbing, fixed the roof, etc.

+ 10 moreWe started about a month late because we found out we needed to have a tree removed behind the existing garage. Had to wait for the tree company. And, because of the colder weather in December and January, it took about one month longer to complete. Sub-contractor on the siding did a marvelous job. He subcontracted with a very good master plumber, Craig Henry, out of Lorain. Sub-contractor on the electrical: out of Sheffield Lake.
Description of Work: We added a master bathroom, a breezeway/connector room [with closets, french doors down to the patio, back door and 2 new windows] and a new attached garage. Moved the laundry room to the breezeway room and attached a nice, 9 ft tall, very deep 2 car garage. Included a ladder pull down for attic access in garage. Extended the kitchen cabinets into the old laundry area. New vinyl Siding. New roof, including the air vents at the crowns of the new and existing roof. Framing techniques excellent. Good attention to detail. Added a tankless water heater and moved water meter. New front door and new living room window to replace old wooden framed picture window. For master bath, good quality appliances. For all the new doors and windows, used good quality. Once the old aluminum siding was removed, we blew insulation into all of the old wall sections. Also added new insulation to the existing attic. Electrical work subcontracted and up to code. New duct work for AC/Htg system. New vinyl flooring in both rooms. Very good work!!!!
