I know him from many years. He is a kind of guy whom you can trust. He is excellent. I would use him in the future.

He was cheap and sloppy, and the job took forever. He did a lot of the work for the money; it was inexpensive. The problem was that the work wasn't done very well, and he didn't talk with us enough. He made a lot of assumptions as to what we wanted. He used sub-contractors and thought that we were going to keep track of them. He kept running into "emergencies," and his communication was terrible. He would disappear for a week at a time.

Took a down payment of $567.50 and NEVER performed any work. Will not return phone calls or email contacts. Will be seeking legal help in getting a refund.

We started about a month late because we found out we needed to have a tree removed behind the existing garage. Had to wait for the tree company. And, because of the colder weather in December and January, it took about one month longer to complete. Sub-contractor on the siding did a marvelous job. He subcontracted with a very good master plumber, Craig Henry, out of Lorain. Sub-contractor on the electrical: out of Sheffield Lake.
