Had a clog in the kitchen sink, called Silver Scope and they were extremely prompt, were able to come out later in the same day and had my sink unclogged and ready to go in less than an hour. Highly recommend! The owner definitely knows his stuff.

We had to have the underground gutter downspout drainage pipes replaced in our yard. The original pipes had become clogged. Michael and his crew did a great job designing, re-routing and installing new PCV drain pipes in our front and back yard. Perhaps the most surprising / pleasant surprise about their work was that when they were done my yard WAS NOT all dug up from excavation. They laid the sod over to the side, hand dug trenches and replaced the sod when the new pipers were installed. Excess dirt and yard debris were hauled away. I highly recommend their work.

Arrived promptly. Courteous. Diagnosed issue and since it was a simple fix that I could do, there was no charge. Would hire again, even if I had to pay. :-)

Michael who is the owner was very professional. He had all the products he seemed to need from the time he was on the phone to the time he scheduled, he was very prompt and completed the job ahead of my anticipation.

They showed up! It was cold and late on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me an estimate and stayed until the job was completed. Did I mention it was cold?! I recommended to a couple of neighbors with similar drain problems.

Fantastic team. Professional, and well priced. Had them out for gutter cleaning and asked them about water I had been getting in the basement. They found a broken pipe that was causing the water to back up and cause the leak and fixed it for thousands less than I had anticipated. Wish they did more than gutters!

Michael Dorsey put together wonderful crews to do a number of things to solve a water problem at a home I decently moved into. He discovered downcuts and connections crushed by roots, which he removed and replaced. He scoped lines nd discovered leaking cracks, replacing with better quality and better sealing to avoid future issues. He advised and explained every step, did not one thing more than necessary. He also regraded and trenched areas, reseeded and left work site better than it looked before he came, with a well-drained landscape. I am thrilled with is work,his professionalism,his transparency, his integrity and the same can be said for his entire crew. He also cleaned and rehung parts of dropping gutters. Great job!
