RICHMOND CARPET CLEANING

We have been very disappointed with how they have handled our problem with the yorkie.  We have had the dog for almost 4 months.  We have nuetered him and had him thru dog training.  We have given hiim all kinds of love.  The problem is he has a huge fear of everyone!  We had a yorkie in the past so I know they bark when people arrive.  This however is bad!  He not only barks, but he bites, and its not just when people arrive.  He will for no reason turn on people on a dime!.  We have contacted the breeder and she wants nothing to do with the situation. She asked us to have our trainer call her so we did.  All she did was yell at him!  This woman is in it only for the money, not for the love of her dogs.

Ron told me the guys would come at noon, and they arrived promptly at noon! No waiting all day! Within a couple of hours after they were finished my dog got sick all over the bedroom carpet - I called Ron and he sent the guys back out the next day for spot cleaning - no charge! I will used them again and again!
