Pro Deck

Several years ago, this firm installed a really nice deck. Looks great. I regularly host outdoor gatherings and use the deck through much of the year. While the initial work was excellent, the lifetime guarantee is non-existent. I have a small structural problem. I have tried to reach them repeatedly via phone and web, but they won't even respond, much less honor their guarantee.

Joshua from Pro Deck went to our house yesterday to replace our door, he didn't bring anyone with him yesterday to fix our door and he asked my husband for an assistance even if he's Senior Citizen already to carry the door. After they install our new door, he left everything on our front yard. He also inform us that he'll be back next week.

It went very well. It took a little longer than we thought, but it turned out better than we imagined. Bob did a wonderful job, Glad we hired ProDeck.

The company does not want to honor their written guarantees that were made under the previous owner from just 5 yrs ago. They do not return phone calls or emails. I would not recommend.

Pro deck installed a new deck and front porch almost 3 years ago, and I am constantly getting compliments about the appearance and quality. People that I don’t even know that come to the front door feel compelled to tell me how great the porch looks.

Rodney and his team were wonderful to work with. Rodney took the design I had in my head and tweaked it to be so much better. They built my deck over the winter and had to deal with a lot of rain, snow and extremely cold temperatures but still got it done very quickly. To make matters worse I did not have my sod down yet so they had to work in 6 inches of mud but still managed to deliver a clean deck. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Deck to anyone interested in a quality, good looking deck.

I had 3 quotes for a new deck. Pro Deck was the most competitive with same quality level materials as the other two. Rodney, and crew, were extremely easy to work with from design through on-time completion. Would definitely recommend !

I have no complaints. They were wonderful and finished the job when they said they would. They were here on time everyday and worked the entire time. They were wonderful and we were very happy with the work and outcome of the deck.

Rodney was extensively helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We first talked a year ago to get some ideas and initial plans and then this year were able to revisit the plans and officially move forward. Rodney and his team were extremely professional and completed the deck with attention to quality. We love our deck and would absolutely chose Pro-Deck again.

Frank and his crew made this process very smooth. To start with I had t bet building permits from three entities before I could even think about getting this deck replaced. Frank is very knowledgable and told me everything I needed to know for the best possible result. He even went to the permit place and did some research for me, which was very helpful for someone new to the system. Well, my proposal passed all three times. Frank came by and looked over my deck situation and showed me many material samples to choose from for my situation. I had already seen gorgeous examples of his work on his website so we finalized the look that day. His crew SHOWED UP A MONTH EARLY! (That is not a typo!) Rodney and his helper did a meticulous job on every aspect of the construction. They are polite and pleasant to work with and cleaned up the area every day before they left. I had also asked for a new exterior door replacement that allows access to the deck from the house. My old door was not a standard size (neither of us knew this), but Rodney created beautiful new framing on the outside and inside for the new door. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new outdoor living space!

Job went very well. Each member of the team was very responsive. They even worked us in quicker than expected.

Look no further - Pro Deck is who you want to build your deck. I have done all the homework and research and could not be happier with my decision. I have never found hiring a builder or remodeler to be painless and hassle free but this was. This company actually does what they say they will and WHEN they say they will. Any surprises are to the upside. After seeing the high quality and workmanship of my new deck and balcony, I hired Rodney to redo my front porch, which I intended to put off for a couple of years. Even the inspector told me at the final sign off that it was a very high quality job and that he's familiar with their work, and it's always top notch.

Frank and his crew were great. Frank took the time to talk to me and my wife and made my wife feel like her thoughts and opinions were important as well. His quote was lower than other bids we received and his crew was fantastic. Polite, hard working, and thorough. Everything done with a personal touch and no hassle. Any questions were answered immediately and follow up has been fantastic. I absolutely recommend ProDeck and think the world of Frank.

Frank was the first contractor to respond and gave a very comprehensive, detailed plan which exceeded my criteria. He took great care to explain the different composite products and the benefits of each. The price was very competitive to the others. But the product, responsiveness, detail and professionalism were exceptional. The deck was done in July 2016. Rodney and his team were on time, polite, professional, detail oriented, responsive to questions and concerns. I got more than I hoped for and wish I had made up my mind sooner. It turned out awesome. ProDeck handled all the permits and paperwork to be compliant with code and inspections. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We are very pleased with our new deck. We love the design and it's large enough for 3 seating areas and our grill. We enjoyed working on the design with Frank, and the crew was professional and reliable, arriving promptly at 8 am every day. We would highly recommend Pro Deck!!

Frank at Pro Deck came out to look over a Trex deck that I had built by another contractor and to assess whether or not the deck was built correctly.Frank came out over the Memorial Day weekend to do this assessment. I originally called Frank on a Friday and he came out to our house that weekend. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He didn't badmouth the other contractor but he was very thorough about identifying what was done correctly and what wasn't. He was not looking for work in doing this but rather to offer his professional opinion on the install. He was like a very qualified friend who took time out of his schedule over the holiday, to look things over for me. I am really sorry that I had not known Frank before I decided to get this deck built because I firmly believe the results would have been so much better. I would definitely recommend Frank and his company if you are looking for a professionally installed deck. By the way, when I asked Frank how much I owed him for his assessment and time, he said nothing. He truly is a nice guy!
