LONDON FLORIST GREENHOUSE CTR

I called on Monday 10/26 to order flowers through my normal florist to be delivered that Monday 10/26 by 5:00 in London Ohio. They told me this shouldn't be a problem but they would let me know. I needed them delivered that Monday because the person the flowers were going to was going to be out the rest of the week due to a death in the family. My florist contacted London Florist and they said they could get them delivered by 5:00. The flowers did not arrive Monday by 5:00. I called my Florist on Tues 10/27 to let them know that they did not arrive Monday. They contacted London Florist which told  them they were deliver on Monday. After checking with the girls at work, they said the flowers were not delivered on Monday. Tuesday late morning the flowers arrived. They were even dated Tues 10/27. We called London Florist asking for a credit or to have fresh flowers delivered on Friday when she would be back. They refused to do either. This was very poor customer service. I will never use this Florist again if this is how they care about there customers especially in tough times like this.
