Jace Contracting

He came in august and ordered the shingles and started two weeks later.  The project took two weeks.  The first day was a mess, and there was stuff laying all over my house.  There was some confusion in the beginning and there was no dumpster on site.  The roof was done.  I paid half up front and the rest when the roof was done.  The next day we had a small rain and I noticed a leak in my office and in my bedroom.  I called them and told them I had a problem and felt like my roof was in worse condition than it was before they started.  I have all sorts of documentation of them responding, and then never showing up.  Three men were fired because of this problem including the project manager.  They were nailing toe boards directly through new shingles on my roof.  The got a new crew over here and they came and took a hose up on the roof and really soaked it.  They went up in the attic and you could see daylight.  William said I have marked them with a nail on the outside and he said I tarred it.  He said I have you dry for now and give me a couple of weeks and I will be out to fix this.  I have since found more leaks and called them to come out.  The owner told me a family member passed away and he was out of state.  I thought I would wait to hear from them.  I have not heard from them.  The owner said he could not get ahold of William but he would personally come out and take care of it.  I have again not heard from them.  My attorney sent out a letter.  The letter listed the areas that needed to be addressed.  They had 7 days to respond to the letter and that time has come and gone.  My front storm door, which is custom, is completely scratched.  They said they would pay for that and I have heard nothing.  I have seam-less gutters that need to be replaced because a guy fell off the roof and pulled the gutter halfway down.  They will not replace it.  They got tar on the wall and tried to clean it off, but it discolored the siding.  My gutter guards that I paid $600.00 for were never installed correctly, some are screwed in, some are not and some are missing.
