EQUIMENT SPECIALISTS INC

This was a disaster. After many delays, we finally got the pressure washer back - it started, but in "fixing" the starter, the service guy bent the metal frame of the washer and chewed up the housing. He said something about not having the right size tool for that small of a pressure washer, so he had to "improvise" with a pry bar. We called the manufacturer to complain and were able to return the defective, and now beaten up, washer for a refund.

WE TOOK THE POWER WASHER TO GET WARRANTY WORK DONE. THE REPAIRMAN ADMITTED HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR THE POWER WASHER DESPITE BEING AN AUTHORIZED REPAIRMAN FOR TROY BILT. WE HAD TO SUGGEST MAYBE HE CALL TROY BILT, AND FIGURE HOW TO REPAIR THE EQUIPMENT. HE SUGGESTED HE MIGHT HAVE TO SEND IT OUT TO GET IT REPAIRED. EUREKA! WHAT A CONCEPT: YOU CAN'T REPAIR IT SO YOU SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. AGREEING TO LEAVE THE POWER WASHER WITH THIS COMPANY WAS OUR MISTAKE. THREE WEEKS LATER WE HAD TO CALL TO SEE HOW PROGRESS WAS COMING. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETE COME, AND GET IT. WE PICKED IT UP AND TOOK IT HOME, AND FIRED IT UP. IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR, AND THEN SEIZED UP. UPON INSPECTION OIL WAS EVERYWHERE, AND WE NOTICED THE FRAME WAS BENT. OFF TO THE AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER WE GO! THE AUTHORIZED REPAIRMAN TOLD US HE "FIXED" IT BY PRYING THE ENGINE OFF WITH A CROWBAR, HENCE THE BENT FRAME. LUCKILY WE TOOK IT BACK TO WHERE WE GOT IT, AND GOT OUR MONEY BACK. WHEW!
