Description of Work: ADDITION TO HOME WITH BASEMENT. 3 BEDROOMS, BATH, BASEMENT. BASEMENT WALLS WET AND SUMP PUMP DRY SINCE INSTALLATION IN SEPTEMBER OF 2002. MR CARVOUR HAS NOT ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT UP MANY TIMES. PIPES TO OUTSIDE SPIGOTS CUT IN ORDER TO REROUTE PLUMBING BUT NOT REATTACHED. ONGOING COMPLAINT FOR 3 MONTHS. PROMISED COMPLETION DATE OF 10-15-02 TO 11-01-02 STILL NOT MET. HOUSE NOT SIDED FOR LAST 3 MONTHS DUE TO ''SUPPLIER PROBLEMS''. HEAT PUMP FINALLY REPLACED AFTER NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING FOR OVER 50 DAYS. COMPLAINTS ANSWERED BY ''SUPPLIER PROBLEMS''. UNDERCHARGES FOR CREDIT DUE FOR WORK NOT PERFORMED AND OVER CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL WORK. MR. CARVOUR RARELY RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE NEGLIGIBLE.
