They wanted paid in cash, they did not keep in contact with us unless we tracked them down. Showed up hours late every time that gave us a time to expect them. They brought the wrong size tables and linens and forgot the bar the first trip. Questioned our order even with a detailed receipt from them. They then told us it was going to cost them extra to buy what we ordered, like it was our fault they let us order something they did not have or that they double rented. The chairs were stained and rusty and all needed washed before they could be used. They told us to have the chairs and tables stacked and linens bagged up the next day for pick up but they never showed up that day to get anything.

While they are not the closest rental company to where we live - this is the second time we have used them - the first being 5 years ago at another graduation party. We worked with the owner - Gary Nelson and was pretty easy to work with. Told him we were looking at his company and one other. His pricing was very competitive.
We did have one issue, which Gary came and personally took care of. After delivery, we never looked at the chairs which were on top of the tables. On the morning of the event I started to unfold the chairs and saw that many were truthfully filthy. I was suppose to be leaving for an event in the morning but felt that I was going to have to stay back to clean them. At that point - not a happy camper. My wife insisted that I go and she would take care of the chairs, so I did leave. In the car - I called Gary and left him a message spelling out my displeasure. As it was a Saturday, I figured I would not hear back from him. I was wrong. Within the hour Gary had called me and apologized. He said he was not sure what happened, but he was loading up a new batch of chairs and said he would get them replaced prior to our party. He and one other person then went to the house, replaced most of the chairs and then personally cleaned up the others. He even left us some extra's because of the problem. He called me to let me know that everything should be good and to apologize again. When I got home - everything was how it should be!
I always tried to judge a company not just based on their service - but how they react when something goes awry. Something did go wrong, but was corrected as soon as it could be and in a very satisfactory way. That is the type of company that I like to work with! While I initially rated the overall experience as a and quot;Band quot; - that was mainly because there was cause for worry for a short time. However - Gary corrected and that is all I can ask for and felt it appropriate to change to an and quot;Aand quot;! I would definitely use them again.

Undercover Tents was recommended by our caterer. The owner, Gary Nelson, came to our home well in advance of the party to survey our backyard and discuss our options. Gary had great suggestions with regard to the rental equipment and items that would best suit our party needs. He even recommended ways to save money! The tent, chairs and tables were delivered on time and the pick-up was also handled properly. I had researched other companies' websites to compare prices and Undercover Tents was cheaper. Don't let the Logan address keep you from contacting this company -- we live in Powell.
