Excellent service and Tri-County stands behind their service. We purchased a cottage in Hocking Hills and it had not been treated for a long time. This company was prompt and then came back at no charge to further resolve some issues. They are extremely professional. We have not had bees or wasps since but will continue to treat. I wish all companies demonstrated the customer service of Tri-County. We felt that they were also affordable. I think they should be nominated for a Super Service Award!

Unfortunately we somehow carried in bed bugs. Not fun. Called Tricounty because they had the whole house heat treatment info on their website. We were able to get a free inspection within a couple days and had the treatment scheduled shortly after. The guys that did the work were professional, courteous, careful and knowledgeable. The treatment worked and we are now bug free! Don't get me wrong, its a lot of work getting ready and this was not an experience I ever want to go through again, but the Tri-County folks know their stuff and I would definitely recommend them.
