We are a heating and cooling company in The Central Ohio doing all forms and levels of HVAC services and installations. Your mechanical equipment will one day fail just like an automobile, but it doesn't really need to be replaced. Our staff is qualified in diagnosing any HVAC system you have and will assess in the equipment operation and your personal situation prior to any form of quoting a repair or replacement. We service all Central and Southeastern Ohio Residential Homes and Businesses new or existing structures. We have been in Business since 1985. Most services do not exceed 1 hour unless it is a major repair or a very neglected system in need of major and thorough inspection and repair. Our techs work at a pace getting to the source of the repair at a rate twice as quick than an average HVAC service technician or company with the decades of knowledge we possess. We work on small one-room cottages in the Hocking Hills to luxury celebrity style homes in the residential area and in the commercial and industrial fields we work on bars/grills, clubs, restaurants clean room laboratory, hospitality and indoor pools rooms and/or Natatoriums. shopping strip malls to mega malls in Central Ohio and the Tri-State area. "We are a business that services others HVAC needs and was unable to deliver on service 24/7 which made a few difficult situations arise. Last year was filled with a lot of personal issues (illnesses and passings) within our family. Time is sometimes difficult to please everyone with. We seem to work hardest on being on time with all we do it does get difficult to do and especially on the side of our technicians. Outside of the quality we provide, we know time is the single most important thing when having "Skilled Trades" work done. No one wants to wait around, we do call in advance then advise if we can or cannot arrive. This time it was forgotten. We are truly sorry! We will do whatever we can within reason to help in the future with your HVAC needs more accurately. We are a smaller HVAC company that is family owned & cares about what we do for you. We deliver 100% Quality in all of the jobs we do. We take pride in all we Service & Install. An air conditioning system in Pete's home had issues and he was told we could fix it then we did not show up. That was not good and we made a few changes to assure we deliver on what we promise to. This was an accidental error with our time and not meant to happen. He was respectfully upset but kindly understood that situations do arise and when they do family has to come before not last. We are not much with big business dreams of rooms full of people with associates degrees that need to be paid, is that worthy of a decent Grade? We Do Deliver on HVAC with Quality and Pride! Our Appointment Timing has gotten much better. We are now using new software programs for booking appointments. We do work hard and Pete and I work together to resolve the issue as best as we could do for the time and situation. Pete knows we mean well and were bound with personal issues. Rich was hired by our landlord. The rental property is in Powell and Rich came from Logan. We paid him $50 to help cover his gasoline. Our landlord was charged $196.00.
