Excellent. Prompt, quickly identified source of leak, formulated plan to repair in small space.

Absolutely great! Hottest days of the summer and air conditioner had to be replaced! The old unit did service us well for 22 years but it was time for a new one. Marc and Lesley from Swingle Plumbing, Heating and Cooling were absolutely great to loan us a portable AC unit to get us through the hottest days of the July heatwave before the new unit could be installed. Unit was installed as promised with great workmanship and no problems! New unit recommended is more cost efficient and large enough to cool our 3500 sq. ft. home with no problem. We use Swingle for all our plumbing and heating because we are so satisfied with their work, followup and timely notifications of arrivals, etc. Great company to work with that cares about their customers.

He is incredibly honest.  He gave us two options on fixing the refrigerator and the refrigerator. One was really expensive and one cost would virtually give him no money.  It was not as good fix but fine for us.

Mark returned my call the same day it was made.  We set up an appointment for the following week and he arrived when promised.  Mark was very professional and said that he would have the estimate to me in a couple of days.  The estimate arrived after several days because Swiggle Plumbing does not communicate via email but through the postal service.  Regardless, it still arrived promptly.  Nothing negative!

When I need a plumber, they are the ones I use.

Impressed to find gas leak with first cut of drywall.  Able to do repairs with minimal home damage - just a 8"x8" hole in drywall in a closet.   Very fast.     Plumber suggested next time call him before gas company so gas would still be on, and he could find leak easier and he could control truning off gas.    Swingle was booked the day I called and scheduled for following afternoon but they found an opening a few hours later and got there same day and made repairs.   Pricing was very fair - $59 trip charge and billing to the qtr hour for time and materials $72/hr.    Very friendly and nice both Bill the plumber and office.

My husband called and scheduled a time for them to come.  It was not an emergency they scheduled for the following week.  Mark arrived on time and installed 3 valves.  He was very professional.  My husband discussed possible future jobs with him and he left.

Everything was excellent. They came right in and kept everything clean. They seemed to do the best job that they could. I assumed that the price was reasonable.

They showed up on time. They did a very good job. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. They got the job done very quickly. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

I've always been happy with their work. They are always courteous and on time. They are a bit pricey though.

Again we had just moved in, I don't know if they are in the book, but we'd like to nominate them to be. We couldn't use our stove till it was tested for a gas leak (propane), they did such a nice job that we called them to come back to fix the furnace.
