Penske Rental

The truck and car carrier were in very good condition. We had no mechanical issues with the truck. One tire blew during our trip. We called Penske and they had a representative help us right away. Within one hour, there was a mechanic on sight to replace the tire. The car carrier had four tires on it, which is what you want when towing something as large and heavy as a car. We were able to drive to a service area so that we were not stranded on the side of the highway. An hour and a half after the tire blew, we were back on the road. I would certainly use Penske again.

They were much cheaper than another major competitor and the trucks were in better condition. I also chose them because they were located close to where we were going to pick up some furniture. I rented the truck on-line but when we went to the location to pick up the truck they did not have the model we rented available so they immediately upgraded us with no additional cost. It was a good experience and I had no problems either picking the truck up or dropping it off. If I ever have anything else to move I will be using Penske.
