Black Rock Paving

Black Top Paving was doing other work in our neighborhood and our neighbor gave us his number. Brian came out right away and gave us an estimate and did the work the next day. But unfortunately in the next few weeks there was grass growing through the asphalt and it was cracking in spots. No one drove out for two days after the install, we followed all directions after dealing as well. Brian and his brother Rocky are terrible to get a hold of and do not return calls, emails, texts, or Facebook messages. We have gotten ahold of them twice in a years time and they still have not fixed our driveway which is covered under the contract warranty.

Black Rock installed a new asphalt driveway. Supervisor offered to seal the new driveway the next day for$1,100. We paid $1,100 to supervisor to have service done the next day [while we were at work], but service was not done. Company will not return our calls; they will not return our money. We have filed in small claims court, but Black Rock is dodging the bailiff service. DO NOT work with this company. Dishonest business.

Went with Black Rock Paving the gentleman that came was very friendly did not beat around trying to get me to sign right then and there. He told me exactly the price with the info I gave him and told me to get other estimate's If I needed to. I told him I already did and that I would get back with him one way or another. I was told that they could do the work in a couple days they contacted me within a day stating they would be here the next day around 4ish they were here at 3. They did a very good Job NO Complaints all the workers were friendly. I will definitely recommend Black Rock Paving to anyone that ask. THANK YOU FOR GREAT WORK Charles Saners

What an incredible transformation for our driveway.!! Brian was willing to work with me To make sure that we got a great quality Is job at a very affordable price!! Brian also made sure our job was done in a timely manner and looking amazing!

Thought it went well at first! Then noticed a few things that needed fixed. While waiting to hear back for repairs, noticed new concrete sidewalk I had replaced by another company a week before Blacktop replacement, was Damaged. Checked ring camera and found that Blacktop company employee ran over sidewalk and cracked concrete, then tried to cover it up with mulch! Called Brian Mitchell to express my concerns, and wanted Not only Driveway repaired but I wanted sidewalk fixed! Concrete Company wanted 6,000.00 to fix it. After going back and forth with Brian. We settled on him patching concrete and fixing issues with Driveway and sealing Driveway for free. It has been four Months now and He has not Repaired or Sealed Driveway! He has also not returned Phone Calls or texted messages. I signed a contract with him. And he is in Breech of contract for not doing repairs. This process has been a nightmare!!!
