He was super sweet, very helpful and came out right away He knew that I wasnâ t getting the professional, curious, and prompt respond of the previous company. We had some storm damage. Jeff came out quickly and determined that there was damage to our roof. He worked with our insurance company from beginning to end. We had our new roof in less than two weeks! They did a great job and worked until the job was done. Since they finished after dark, they came back to ensure everything was up to our standards. Aside from the roof, Roofing Recovery also fixed some siding that had been popping out occasionally for the last few years that a different company had not fixed correctly. I'm grateful that everything was easy and handled with professionalism and care.

I have never had a group of people be so dedicated to their work. The owner was present the entire time ten hours !! Several sheets (9) of wood were replaced. The area around the chimney needed intense work they took time to paint the metal chimney of the fireplace. Excellent work all around!!â

My situation was an emergency. With the high winds in the Canal Winchester area this spring, I experienced several leaks. We also had a long spell of rain recently and I was concerned those rains would return. One company I contacted (which advertises frequently in the neighborhood FACEBOOK pages) came out and provided an estimate but couldn't schedule the work for several weeks! Another company failed to show up to meet with the insurance adjuster though they promised to do so. The 2nd company also promised me a quote by the next day which I never received. ROOFING RECOVERY LLc came out on a Tuesday; provided a quote on the spot; and was installing the roof by Thursday. They began work VERY early in the morning and worked throughout the first day but had to come back a 2nd (I decided to do both the house and a detached 2-car garage). The repair crew was very professional and did a great job! The cleanup of old materials, nails, etc. that result from a total tear down of the old roof was great! The owner was onsite throughout the day to inspect the work and progress. Anyone who experiences a damaged roof that exposes your property to further damage knows how important it is to get quick results from their roofer. Seems every roofing company promises quick action, but ROOFING RECOVERY LLC actually performed as promised. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT ROOFING RECOVERY LLC.
