I contacted Mr. Kissel to correct a water damaged wall in one of the bedrooms. That job was done quickly and satisfactorily. I then contacted him about plumbing issues in the kitchen and bath. All lines were replaced with no damage to cabinets or other fixtures. Due to multiple leaks in the previous line, Mr. Kissel indicated that the floor had buckled in the bathroom which caused discoloration on the kitchen ceiling. The bathroom floor was removed as well as the under floor. I had a new toilet that I wanted installed which he also took care of and recaulked the bathtub. All of the walls that had water damage from the windows was repaired as well. He replaced an old fuse box with breakers in my kitchen and installed an outside light over my back porch, which makes me feel safer coming home at night. I will be contacting Mr. Kissel this summer to do window replacements. He came highly recommended and I, as well recommend him just as highly. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves daily and were very professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend Kissel Konstruction.

Work started late in the season, behind schedule, but once started, the team showed up on a reliable and regular basis, and worked through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with only a few days off. They were careful, well organized, and took care to clean up the site on a daily basis. The construction paid great attention to detail, including small things that might have been left undone by other contractors. The cleanup at the end of the project was excellent, and the permits and inspections were completed without problem. We were very satisfied by the results of the project.

THEY HAD A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND I WAS TOLD THE OWNER WAS COMING BACK TO DO SOME CAULKING. HE SENT ME A BILL AND I THOUGHT HE'D COME OUT AND WE'D GO OVER THINGS FIRST. I DIDN'T LIKE THE CLOSE OUT AND HE APOLOGIZED AND WE STRAIGHTENED IT OUT. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK, AND HE IS RESPONSIBLE.

HE CAME OUT FOR SKYLIGHT QUOTE AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. QUOTE WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. RESPONSE TIME WAS GREAT. CALLED HIM BACK OUT FOR DAMPNESS IN BASEMENT. TALKED ABOUT MAJOR EXCAVATION AROUND HOUSE. HAD OTHER ESTIMATES AND SUGGESTED TO TRY OTHER METHODS. COME TO FIND OUT WE JUST NEEDED A DE- HUMIDIFIER. FELT HE WAS PUSHING US INTO SERVICES WE DID NOT NEED. WOULD NOT USE THE COMPANY AT ALL OR RECOMMEND THEM.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE. I HIRED THEM A YEAR AGO FOR A GUTTER REPLACEMENT JOB AND THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB I HAD THEM QUOTE ON A NEW ROOF THIS YEAR.
