I thought they were very friendly. They seem to have good knowledge of plants. I did not feel like there was a lot of information in terms of designs. I was looking for more ideas. They were willing to do whatever I wanted and I thought they would do a quality job but they were not giving me a lot of ideas of what types of trees or flower beds I should do in my yard.

We are very pleased with their work. They are professional and helpful. On the rare occasion that there was a problem, they corrected it immediately. I plan to continue using them.

They are very good. They do good work and they take pride in their work. I don?t think they have a lot of residential customers, but they have always done stuff for us all along, for landscaping, lawn, snow removal, and especially now my husband has cancer and a bunch of complications, he knows that we have nurses coming to the house and we are going for chemotherapy and stuff like that. He is here at 4:30 in the morning to make sure that our driveway is clear so that we can get out and people can get in. He also gets out of his truck and shovels up all the way up to the garage door if it is hard to reach it with a plow. He makes sure it is all cleared. The first time we did our landscaping in stages, and after one of the earliest stages he said it didn?t take them as long as he had expected to get it done and so he knocked money off from what he said he was going to charge us. He actually came in under his estimate and refunded money to us because his cost was not as high as he had thought it would be. They send us a bill monthly but they charge per visit - I think their price is more than fair. I would use them again.
