R & R PAVING & SEALCOATING

They started on time. Did a neat professional job and charged the amount we had been given in the estimate.

The original estimate was at the beginning of the summer. Due to the cost we had to delay the project until late fall. Due to a very wet summer, all paving and sealing projects were behind, and when we called, Jerry said he was not sure he could do the job because he was behind, and due to the nature of our shaded driveway, a number of dry days were required for the job to dry properly.
I had a neighbor who used another seal coat company who applied their sealer during wet weather, and the entire coating was washed away, so I was appreciative of R and R's concern to not apply the material until they were sure it would dry properly.
Fortunately, R and R was able to do the job with a number of adequate day for the process to properly dry.
R and R had done the driveway preparation and application of the asphalt the year before, with the advice that we have the asphalt sealed the following year.
We have had a year to experience the driveway with the grading that was done, the new asphalt, and the drainage they installed, and we could not be more pleased as this was a significant investment. The seal coat applied with this project was done with the same kind of professionalism and care as the original driveway installation.
We will use R and R again as they are truly a professional company that you can count on to do the job right the first time. I feel they are competitive with their pricing, and the quality of their work is well worth the price.

First, it took three calls to get in touch with Roy. We set a date for him to come and bid resurfacing our driveway. Although he came two hours late, the bid was $2000, which was a very reasonable price for the job. I phoned the office the next day and asked if they could send a copy of the quote to our credit union. They said I had to talk to Roy. After leaving several messages with no response, Roy finally did answer. I asked him to fax a quote to the credit union. Two weeks later he still had not done so. I finally got in touch with him a week later and he once again said that he would fax the bid to the credit union office. That was the last week of May. Today is July 3rd, and still no bid at the credit union. Needless to say, we will not be using nor recommending R and R.

He worked with the tree guy to make sure he had a good foundation. He was very professional. We are very satisfied with his work. We would use him again.

Crew was courteous. Owner operated all equipment personally - all equipment was top drawer as used in commercial applications. Has been in business 30-some years. Previous jobs include Catholic church parking lot in Lisbon, plus Nazerine parking lot in Columbiana, and Giant Eagle, other parking lots in surrounding cities. Came recommended by my remodeling contractor whom I trust. Was not disappointed with quality of workmanship or the way I was treated. I felt they went out of their way to protect flower beds and accomodate my requests. Would certainly recommend them.
