The dishwasher was broken twice in the first 9 months. We had to request the warrantied parts from Amana and wait and wait and wait for them to come in. The second time we were out of a dishwasher for 3 months. Asked Tracy's for some assistance multiple times. They said we have a bad attitude and that is why we are not getting our parts. No offer to replace the faulty brand new dishwasher or help with getting the parts from Amana.
If you want customer service, don't rely on Tracy's Appliances. They are arrogant and non-helpful. Tracy himself said our goal is to get the customer the lowest price. We now understand what he meant by that.

I called Tracy's Appliances to repair a Sub Zero refrigerator that I purchased used. They were able to dispatch out a repairman who arrived at the scheduled time. Quoted me the standard labor rate for the repair, and called to schedule the installation once the parts ordered had arrived. Installation was also on time and done with quality. Good dependable service.

1. On delivery dented the Refigerator's door- had to be replaced (no issues got it done in a timely fashion) 2. Had some problems with the Microwave and called to have it looked at in home and repaired as required. Took 4 visits and 90 days to get the problem solved and still had to call them back since the Mocrowave was making "funny" noises it had not been making prior to them working on it. (still does and the metal is loose on the touch pad - however, it does work) 3. Refrigerator's in door ice dispenser not working. Over 2 months and several phone calls and no less than 4 service tech visits and still not working. My basic issue is that while Tracy's does sell excellent equipment and have a friendly staff on the showroom their service after the fact is so poor I'd never buy from them again- it's just too much of a hassle. I can understand parts being on back order and not every problem is obvious or easy so more than one visit might be required. What is very disturbing is the lack of follow up on their part just to keep me informed of what the status of my work order is.......in addition to the problems not being solved.
