GREAT!!!! We had our carpet leaned by another company for years. When Aaron (the owner) arrived he explained everything he was going to do. He sprayed the carpet first and I could already see it working. Then when he started the cleaning process I could not believe how good the carpet looked. He even removed a stain the the other company could not. Our carpets have not looked this good in years. If you have not had Thompson's clean your carpet or looking for someone I strongly recommend Thompson Carpet Cleaning. You will not be disappointed. They have gained a new customer in us.

I bought a new house and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to moving my goods to it from out of state. I had several high traffic stains, plant stains from over watering, and previous animal stains (which I was unaware of until the guys told me based on the material that was being removed from the carpet).

I contacted Thompson on a Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. They were about 15 minutes late but they had gotten lost finding the location but since they were coming from a different city so it was not a big deal. They guys introduced themselves and reviewed the area that needed to be cleaned and seem confident that they could get good results. They estimated that they needed an hour to complete. I was able to go back to work and leave the guys to there work. I received a call from them about 45 minutes later indicating they were complete with the job. I came back to the house and the guys had already packed and cleaned up waiting me. I reviewed the work and they had done a great job. the high traffic areas were completely removed and the plant stains were 90% removed and looked so much better. The previous animal stains I was told about, I had not indication they were remaining as the rooms smelled great and looked better.

I was very happy with the results that Thompson carpet Cleaning was able to provide to me with their services. I would not hesitate at all to bring these guys back to do additional work when needed. I highly recommend.

Everything looked liked brand new! I have 5 young children and they were able to get rid of all the stains from my carpet and furniture!. I will do repeat business with them again and again. For all the work they did, the price was fantastic. Better than the big name brand companies!!!!!

The guys arrived on time, were very courteous, professional, and really went above and beyond the call of duty. They did a fantastic job and made our old carpets look like new. I've used Stanley Steemer in the past and they did a great job, but Thompson did just as great of a job at half the price! I simply can't say enough good things about this company. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

They did a great job. The only reason that you can tell is because the existing carpet was in a high traffic area. So the patch looks much newer than the rest of the carpet. I would highly recommend his work. We also got a quote on having him install some tile.
He has very reasonable prices.

The best company I have ever used! Very professional and thorough! He took the time to explain what I could do to alleviate pet odors and my carpets look fantastic!! He was a few minutes late but it only took him less than an hour to do my whole house. Great service!! And the carpet dried in about 3 hours.

Thompson Carpet Cleaning was very good. Our friends told us about them. It was our first time using them. My wife contacted him and he came over and came back later that afternoon and did the work. We had some old carpet with stains on it as we knew about and he wasn't as thrilled that he couldn't get the stains out, so he cleaned the steps for free. He's a nice guy, good all around. I give him all A's and will use him again.
