Crew came to install central air in my home which previously didn't have central air at all. They also found a BAD gas leak in a line in the crawlspace under the house to my stove. They shut that line off and sent another crew the next morning to replace it. Both crews were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves even though they'd had to deal with mud and water in the SMALL, NARROW crawlspace given it's February and very cold!

I pre paid for service contract on my air conditioner and it was never performed. They have ripped me off twice now, and I should report them to the Better Business  Bureau.

Contractor arrived early in AM. Negative comments regarding equipment, but installed per request. Did not wear foot protection and got carpet quite dirty/ muddy. Took all day, kind of slow and complained a lot. Upset wife by stating a hole had to be cut in a brand new furnace cover. Finished job, without hole, system does not work OK.
