Northwestern Ohio Security Systems

It was a good overall experience.  I wanted a company that was at least an Ohio Co. and not too big.  Northwestern Ohio Security Systems, Inc. was one of two companies that I obtained estimates from.  I decided to go with Northwestern because the person who came to my home is someone who was employed by the company, had been working for them for 8 years and he was also the person who would be installing the system.  He answered all of my questions and was responsive with follow-ups.  I purchased a system that had greater protection for a significantly better installation price than the other co. that I interviewed.  And, the monitoring fee was about $10.00 per month cheaper.  Northwestern also offered things that weren't mentioned by the other company's rep. - the ability to arm or disarm the system via text messages - the package I purchased includes up to 100 texts per month.  Since the system has been installed, I or my roommate have accidentally set it off several times.  I received a call from the co. within about a minute each time.  So far, I'm very happy with this company!
