DO NOT USE MR APPLIANCE OF LIMA, OH. They do not stand behind mistakes their technicians may make. We had a repair done of our coffee maker and the technician broke a 2nd part when replacing the original damaged part. He was unaware the 2 parts could not be replaced separately. This was never told to us either 1. during original diagnosis or 2. prior to the repair, so we were left with a 2nd damaged part and we were told by Mr. Appliance when the technician left that they would replace the part the technician damaged. After several mo. of following up with multiple phone calls and no response, we finally reached someone in the office (8 mo after original part was replaced) and told the part will be delivered in a few weeks , but they will NOT REPLACE THE 2nd damaged PART UNTIL WE PAY FOR IT $650). If we were informed at any point along the way (initial diagnosis, prior to initial repair), we would have NEVER had initial repair done and would have contacted the manufacturer. MR appliance NEVER gave us the option. They only informed us we had to pay for the part the technician broke 8 mo later. They then told us it was a "manufacturing issue"?? VERY UNETHICAL!! We will be filing a court with small claims
