They went out of their way to assist us in finding the part, which retailed for $30.00. In the end he asked us a few additional questions and actually suggested that we try a $3.99 part first and not replace the entire cartridge…. It worked! Thank you Lima Bargain Center for saving me money and giving us on fashioned service.
