Lawn Tool Repair
Wouldn't call me back with a quote for Ryobi electric mower. They are an authorized Ryobi Repair Center. Called me to pick up already fixed mower that was 87% of a new mower. I would have told them to not repair. I was told it was fixed, no adjustment. I had to ask about warranty as info was not offered. 30 days. I'll never go back and I am telling everyone why!

Lawn Tool Repair
After two weeks of no response I called. I was told they would put me at the top of the list. After two weeks of leaving multiple messages without getting a response I finally talked to a lady that said the mechanic was at a Doctor's appointment but she would call me that afternoon.
On 7/10/2013 (exactly five weeks after dropping off my tiller) after days of no response I retrieved my still unrepaired tiller and voiced my displeasure, whereupon the lady at the desk merely shrugged her shoulders.
AVOID this company!!
