I was not satisfied, unrelyable. I dont blame the company but I blame the person they had sent me.

Our hot water tank is connected to our furnish. After he fixed it, he didn't turn it back on, he put it on pilot. I turned the furnace on because we saw the thermostat going down. The pilot ended up going out. I called him to report this, to him. He came back out. He told me the ignition control was not working. He started the pilot from the back and not through the ignition. He asked me where the furnace was and I said it was in a crawl space he said he had another job to do. He did not finish our job and so I expected him to stay and finish it. I followed him all the way to the drive way and he slammed the door and left. I called the office and they said they did not know what to say because I did not say the furnace was involved the first time. I went around and around with the office woman about the job not being completed. She said he did what he was supposed to do and I told her no, he was supposed to fix it the first time. Her solution for me was to call someone else. So now we are going to be stuck paying for two service calls instead of one and also the hours it will take to fix what he should have fixed int he first place. She told me she would not charge me at all for the call but that was after I threatened to cancel the check.

We re-routed some old plumbing.  I am very satisfied with the work done.  They were helpful and courteous.

The plumming from the new well was hooked up and the new fuel line was installed, they were very messy tracked in alot of mud.

They gave us excellent, prompt service. I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

Every time they come, they do a great job. They are also very reasonable. I will never call anyone else

The installers, Matt and Dallas were on time, professional, and completed the job in one day. Pete installed the attic fan on another day, and also was on time and efficient.
