They are coming out tomorrow to put a new unit in for us. They gave a free estimate and quoted a price of $3300 for the new unit. They came out and they checked it to see if it could be repaired and gave us some options. And we decided to go ahead and replace because of the age of the unit. It worked out pretty well. He gave us several options and you know, he gave us four different options ranging in price. He explained the differences and we chose one and I think we'll be happy with that. They're known in our and just word of mouth is why we went with them.

Someone from this company came to our home to price a new furnace and
give us all our options. He was very nice and knowledgeable but we chose
to go a different route. I still think the price was fair and I would
call them in the future for another project.

They were great to work with and did a great job. I am going to have them come back to add another unit to the addition next year.

My heating system was not starting. It was determined a small fan used
at start up was not operating. Technician was gone approximately 1 hour
to pick up the fan, installed in about 15 minutes and in operation. I
was told the ignitor and all components looked good and that I shouldn't
have any problems for some time. I will definitely keep them on file
for the future.

Both times he provided great service, clearly explained the work needed, and charged reasonable rates for the work performed. Very satisfied with his work!

The gentleman who came for the estimate was a pleasure, and did not pressure me to purchase in any way (which of course made me want to give him my business).Their service was outstanding, and they left the area neat and clean when they were done.The products purchased are top tier. I found that my summer electric bill on my new unit was lower than my winter electric bill on my old unit (Running gas heat, but an electric blower).I highly recommend American Heating and Air

Purchased an air conditioning unit from them about three years ago. Service from purchase to installation to yearly service calls has been excellent.

They are good. I pay for a contract for the two times they come out. They bill me once a year and I pay for that. I have a rental in another city and have another group of people who do the heating and air conditioning, and they are a little bit higher. So I think American Heating and Air Conditioning's price is fair. They do very good work. I never had them in an emergency, but they usually call me for the appointments. They will be here in a month or two to do the air conditioning, and I will use them again in the future.

..Our son decided to turn the AC to 52 degrees while we left for the day. Well he burned up the capacitor to say the least. Saw a review on Angies List for Cleaves and it was favorable, so we called and within a couple of hours they had someone at our house, replaced the part, 30 minutes total. Didn't even have to pay him, they sent a bill. Very happy with them. Service was quick and in our opinion, cheap. The tech was very nice, polite, clean, knowledgable and fast.

They were out the same day. They had the part with them. They were here for 15 minutes and they got it fixed. We were very happy with them. The A/C is working fine. They were fantastic. We would use them again in the future.

The owner, Jason, worked with us personally to fix our air conditioner. We were in a hurry because we had a large family reunion at our home that upcoming weekend. The parts to fix our unit were not available readily, so Jason drove over 100 miles to get the parts in time. Attention to detail in wonderful!
