Deck completed. Issues with the deck steps arose.

He did a great job, looks great, well built. Only complaint is (as with most contractors it seems) sometimes would show up or not show up, seemed to take a little longer than should have,

We worked with Rob Heintzman after checking prices on our needs, which were to repair a partially rotted subfloor (which required a remove/reinstall of a french door), and install hardwood flooring. Part of this included removal of the fireplace mantle...and since that was off, we decided to re-tile the fireplace.
Rob was superb to work with. He advised us of his schedule every step of the way, cleaned up after the job was done each day, and did excellent work. He recognized that we bought too much tile, so he worked directly with the tile suppler to return the unneeded parts and re-invoiced the goods at his cost. He also provided some additional services to bevel the tile edges so the finished job was very, very nice looking.
When he reinstalled the French door, he took care to let me know how it was badly installed previously, and made sure that the proper protection was in place to prevent future water intrusion (and therefore rot).
All in all, Rob saved us a lot of money and headache, and did a better job than I could have done (and I'm a competent DIYer).
When you find a worker like Rob Heintzman, you go back to him - we'll work with him again to replace some windows, hang some doors, and build a deck. No doubt about it.

Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The quality was excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future.
