Lawn Service
We used Sterwerf for 2 years. The service was great in the beginning and priced well at $35 each week they mowed. However, service has gone way downhill over the last few months. I repeatedly had to contact them to edge, weedeat, and remove debris in certain areas of the yard/deck that they neglected. I felt it was too much of a hassle to "remind" them each week. This wasn't a new service since they did our yard last year. I feel they should have known our expectations already, so as a result we had to discontinue service.

The last time he was here he left grass all over my newly painted shed and he did not bother to wipe it off. I left him a note but he did not come back to clean it up. He should have done it. However, I like the fact that he had excellent followup. He did call me back. He came when he said that he was going to come. He was responsive. He did a good job. He is very reasonably priced, unlike the previous company I had used who was not on the Angie?s list. As I wasn?t around when he did the work, I can?t comment on his punctuality. I will continue to use him in the future.
