This was a very easy experience for us . They told us and showed us what needed to be fixed we agreed on a fair price . Asked to see there insurance an bonds since it wasnt on the site. They provided original copies upon our request. I highly recommend to use there service. Also angies list should update there information regarding, bonds and insurance on sos. thanks for the great work. Will use yearly.

Team showed up at committed time, walked and talked me through likely issues and scenarios, and remediation options. Came back the following day with equipment to fully investigate issue, and resolved it within a few hours. I was impressed with their professionalism, great communication, and quality of final work. I would use them again and would recommend SOS.

SOS is the ONLY septic service I will use after trying to deal with others licensed to work on my mound system. They were short staffed, very busy and difficult to schedule, but when you're the best and most reliable in the area, you have to deal with things like that.
They are knowledgeable and do the work well. If they can't they will refer you to someone who can.
