He is great. I have used him for 22 years. He is the only one I trust. I do not know what I would do when he retires. If he knows you a long time and he knows that he is going to do your winter and summer, he usually does not do the trip charge or anything like that. He is a very nice guy.

He was on time, as always, and wore boot covers into the house! He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff like other companies have done in the past. I didn't have to commit to any service contract and he explained everything fully. I would definitely recommend Liberty Heating! A great experience.

Called ahead to remind of appointment. Removed shoes at entry. Performed service. Disposed of trash. Left area as it was prior to his arrival.
