Bruce was inspecting to give me a price on adding a 3rd bathroom in a house that is 65 years old and found that the cast iron stack pipe was rusted, cracked and leaking. This explained the smell. He came in and removed the stack from the basement floor all the way out the roof. He replumbed all of the drain work in my main bath and will be back to do the drain work for the new bath upstairs next week. Bruce did an excellent job. He is very trustworthy and cleans up all of the mess when he is finished. He doesn't take short cuts and makes sure that the work he does will last and never give you problems in the future.

He just finished adding a new bathroom to another house I own, also. I gave him a key to the house and the work was done. I have no problem with him working in my home when I can't be there at all. Bruce is my 1st choice of plumbers!

Bruce was prompt to reply to communications, came out and looked at our situation and not only listened to my thoughts on repair options, but added some options of his own. Once the decision was made on what course to take he was VERY quick to get the new product and get us scheduled for the work. The new water heater went in and he had us up and running in one afternoon. I have a new regular plumber. Prompt, Professional, and courteous.

When our house was built the original plumbing under our kitchen wasn't done correctly. When we installed a new dishwasher, there were a lot of issues with the shut off valve and leaking.We called Hardy Plumbing and they were very honest about when they thought they could make it out and then did get back with us to schedule it. They were out within a day or two. They were very nice and went right to work. They had everything they needed and worked together to get the job done. They explained everything that needed to happen and seemed very experienced and knowledgeable about what what they do. We have had no problems with the plumbing since, no leaks and our dishwasher has been working great.

Hardy Plumbing was recommended by a family member. We called and they responded promptly. A large section of the kitchen ceiling already needed to come down from the water damage, so Bruce suggested we replace the pipe through the kitchen ceiling, which would be more cost effective than to tear up the bathroom floor. He performed the work in a timely manner. While working, he discovered a major issue related to the improper support of the original stack on the house, so he replaced that as well. It was scheduled to rain that day, so he ran out right away and got a new stack, crawled around in our attic and made sure it was fixed before any rain could leak in. The old corroded drain pipe was disgusting and left black dust everywhere. They cleaned it off of the kitchen surfaces before they left. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely call Hardy Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

They fixed the plumbing issues and even brought spare drywall to cover the hole in the ceiling until I could get it repaired. They were prompt, efficent, friendly and their quality of work was excellent at a very reasonable price! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and could handle any job with expertise. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

.We purchased our new home about a month ago and the home inspection showed extensive corrosion on a nipple going into the water heater. My husband noticed it was seeping so we called Hardy Plumbing on 1/31/12 and he showed up about an hour or so later and checked out the situation. It was into the afternoon so he said he would return early the next morning to make repairs. He explained that there was a huge possibility that since the corrosion was so extensive that he may not be able to do the repair and the water heater would have to be replaced but he would do his best for that not to happen. He returned early the next morning, as promised, and fortunately was able to make the repair. We then asked him to make a repair on the half bath toilet which he did. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience and will certainly call him in the future if we need any plumbing repairs.

I needed a plumber to replace my 15 year old water heater. Bruce with Hardy Plumbing came highly recommended by a co-worker. I had him install a new power vented gas water heater. He replaced the regular gas water heater with an A.O. Smith 50 gallon tank. From the research I had done, this brand was of top quality. He did a great job installing this and hooking everything up. Also, since the area I live in has very high water pressure, I had Bruce look into a couple of other issues. It turned out that I also needed to replace the pressure reducing valve into my house and have an expansion tank added to my water heater. Bruce was very good at recognizing the issues and installing the necessary equipment at a reasonable price. I was unable to be home when this work was being done due to the fact I work all day, but Bruce was very professional and trustworthy. He called me before he arrived and then once it was complete to explain everything he had done. He also cleaned up very well after the work was completed. It can be tough to find an experienced trustworthy plumber who doesn’t overcharge, but I defiantly found one in Hardy plumbing. I will use Hardy Plumbing again for future plumbing issues.
