Jim is very thorough and honest with his appraisals and estimates. He certainly worked hard for us. He showed us a lot of places and narrowed down what we wanted and did not want. He did a very good overall job as a buyer's agent. He also sold my old house. He did fine as a seller's agent as well. He is very easy to interact with.
