The main thing I look for is If you say you're gonna do something do it. Some contractors are not dependable at all which is very frustrating when you need work done. Not only did he come but was very helpful.

They communicated promptly and frequently throughout the project. They finished up just about when they said they would from their initial estimates, cleaned up their area afterwards, and did so with little to no cosmetic damage to the walls. They were very flexible and lovely to work with.

The repair person responded within the hour after searching with HomeAdvisor. He arrived that evening. Our problem was a bit complex but he was able to trace and resolve the issue that evening. Cost was very reasonable. The gentleman was friendly, respectful and talked us through everything he was doing.
