Description of Work: Did not know this contractor, was recommended by person installing a new computer for me. I met with Mike Johnson and immediately had a good repore. We wanted kitchen, washroom, and half bath remodel. We also had issues with foundation and floor. He removed floor joints and subfloor and completely rebuilt and reinforced subplates on the foundation. Completely gutted the kitchen and tore wall down between dining room and kitchen; walls replastered and pot lights installed in kitchen; new cabinets, tile backsplash, wood flooring, new doors inside, new storm doors, all woodwork replaced and trim around windows, outside doors and storm doors. All work was excellent. If you need a reliable, reasonable, and a contractor that works for you, I would stongly recommend this company. I had to call him back on a couple if items, but he came out within 2 weeks and completed all my requests.
