They were great. Our dogs had never been a kennel. My one was 13 so I was very worried. They were able to stay together which helped. I called every day and they were on top of their care even sent me pictures. Great anamal care givers.

It's a very nice facility.  They encourage you call to check up on your dogs.  They are friendly.  My dog enjoys going there.  They will pamper the dogs as much as you want them to.  They know your pet is very important to you.

I really like them. They gave me training techniques for my dog. I plan to go back there.

They were great. They are good people. One of our recuses is a German Shepherd from animal control. We went up there for training about a year ago and he is in great shape now. While he was there he passed his K9 good citizen certificate test. He is a Frisbee fanatic.

I love their facility. It's way out in the country. They live on the property and it really looks like a resort for people but it's for animals. It's beautiful. Their price is reasonable. They even come and pick the animals up if I want to.

We received a very high recommendation for this facility.  We used it for our one year old pup as we were going to out just for a few days and thought that might be a good time to try it out.  When we arrived, another large dog had just arrived.  Since our dog needs to be socialized and gets anxious with other dogs, I took my time going into the building.  To my surprise, the dog was not in the waiting area.  I soon found out why as I was immediately approached by someone ready to take Greta back to a dog waiting area.  I then met the owners. They were so friendly and knowledgeable.  I explained Greta social awkwardness and they completely understood.  The last place I took her they said she did fine but their "neutral" dog was nervous so they wouldn't let her play in the play group.  They asked if we would like them to socialize her.  Absolutely!  When I checked in with them later that night, they said she was doing great.  She was playing with some of the other dogs and having a great time.  When we picked her up, she was very happy.  They again were very professional and friendly.  They really know their dogs and enjoy what they do.  I'm excited to board my dog again, knowing she'll get to go outside lots and play with other dogs too.  She had a great time and I didn't feel guilty about leaving her.  They definitely cater to their guests as you can even add special treats or even a movie and popcorn!

This is the second time and quot;Abbyand quot; has been to Diamond Kennels. They not only provide a safe and clean environment for dogs, they keep watch over each animal. During her first stay, Abby went to group play. Because everyone is so alert, it was quickly noticed that Abby was digging for a quick escape to find mom! They really are attentive to the needs of each of their charges.
Diamond Kennels encourages owners to bring their pet's normal food, but they can provide meals. You have the option of adding goodies during your pet's stay: one-on-one playtime with a human, nourishing tasty treats, fresh cooked meats added to their meals, walks around the grounds, and group play time with other dogs--ALL options at very low cost.
They are very firm about insuring that each animal they board is current with all shots. They dispense medications prescribed by your vet.
If you desire, you can arrange to have the dog bathed and groomed before you pick up your pal.
Abby is enjoying her second stay at Diamond Kennels while I am having work done at the house. I am enjoying Diamond Kennels because I know that Abby is safe and well cared for while she is away from home.

Always recommend Diamond Kennel to everyone. They are meticulous in every aspect of our pet's care. Always checking to make sure each pet is up to date on immunizations, and offer services to make every animal comfortable and loved while the owners are away.
When our pet passed away recently, the staff sent a very nice sympathy card with their signatures. They care to the end, and that means alot.

During the year we spent in Dayton we boarded our 2 dogs and 2 cats several times. The longest stint was for 11 days over Christmas. We viewed quite a few kennels in the Dayton area before deciding on this one. It is clean, professionally run, has large sleeping kennels, many outdoor runs for individual dog exercise time as well as several large grassy play areas for dogs to socialize in groups. They also have covered exercise runs for bad weather. The cat boarding area is one of the best we have seen. It has large cages that go from the floor to the ceiling with windows facing outdoors. Our pets were always happy and healthy when we picked them up. Having 4 pets pricing is important to us and Diamond offered great accommodation at affordable pricing. They also just opened a lovely looking indoor doggy day care (we did not actually use this service). As well as a brand new self-wash / grooming area. This is the best self-wash we have used. All new, clean, up-to-date with all latest equipment for a very good price. On our recommendation our friends also took their 2 dogs here and were very happy. It is a bit of a drive from Dayton but we could not find anything closer with acceptable boarding conditions for dogs & cats and a fair price. I  would definitely recommend Diamond to anyone with cats or dogs.

They do a good job of grooming. I would use their service in the future too.

We visited the kennel before we dropped off our dog. The staff took us on a tour of the entire facility and described what would happen each day our dog stayed there. When we dropped our dog off to stay, they took a complete inventory of everything we brought so we could be sure that we got it all when we picked her up. Our dog stayed for three days and we could tell she was very happy when we picked her up. The runs the dogs stay in are quite spacious, and the dogs get socialization time with other dogs (if desired). Our dog was so tired after she played with all the other dogs for three days that she slept for almost an entire day after she got home. The dogs are guaranteed to be outside for 3-5 hours a day. Another plus for this boarding facility is that you can pick your animal up on Sunday evening. We were extremely pleased with our overall experience.

We brought our cocker spaniel to this kennel for the first time about a 9 months ago. I thought my dog would come back a basket case after being thrown into a new environment. We explained our dog's nervousness (and ours) behaviors and they listened to us very well. We picked up our dog five days later and our pet was doing fabulous! Didn't seem to miss us one bit! They walked him, they have plenty of room for dogs to socialize, large or small. Diamond Kennels offers plenty of walking and other services and activities for your pet. The staff is friendly and the place is clean as a whistle...they'll even give you a tour. I feel confident that my spoiled dog will remain that way when I take him there. We will not go anywhere else now, it's worth our out-of-the way drive (about 20 min).

Each and every experience at Diamond Kennels is a great one. My dog and cat are never stressed about going to the kennel, and they return home happy and relaxed. The kennel is kept spotlessly clean and, most importantly, they are treated with love and respect. I wouldn't take my pets any where else.

THIS IS A VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS KENNEL FOR MY DOGS. THEY GIVE THE DOGS A CHANCE TO EXERCISE AND THE DOGS ARE VERY HAPPY WHEN THEY GET BACK. THERE IS NOT A VET ON STAFF, BUT IT IS A VERY GOOD KENNEL.

THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF MY DOG. THEY ARE LOVING, CARING, AND RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I FELT LIKE MY DOG WAS IN GOOD HANDS. I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY. THEY EVEN HAND FED MY DOG BECAUSE HE GOT SCARED.
