I had a large format infrared photograph from my manager that I wanted to have mounted in a really nice mat/frame to pull the depth of the photo out.  The woman I worked with at The Framing Center was so nice and helpful and showed me several different combinations of mats and frames that she thought would look best with my photo.  I was hemming and hawing between two combinations and was really torn.  She ended up suggesting one that she thought looked best for the photo and was SO right.  I picked the framed photo up a week later and it looked amazing.  The mat/frame colors she suggested were on point and they flatter the photograph incredibly.  I am SO happy with the results.

Great experience--a patient framer spent much time helping me select that perfect combination by reviewing multiple frame and matting options. The prices were very reasonable as my prints were large and I selected double matting and archival glass. The work was completed as promised within a week.

The frame designer who assisted me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She gave me her ideas and input but also listened to my ideas as well. The end result was beautiful. I used a 25% off coupon for both which helped lower the price but I felt that the undiscounted price was very reasonable for the finished product. When I picked up the framed items, they gave me the hardware I needed to hang them and at my request gave me additional ones for the diplomas I already had framed that matched the new item.

These items were very special to us, yet we had no idea how to best display them. The staff at The Framing Center were extremely helpful and patient and came up with two beautifully designed pieces which now display proudly in our bedroom. They are a constant reminder of our accomplishment!

This company did a very nice job helping us select frames and mats for two medium-sized pieces of family art. Both pieces were family heirlooms. The employees were helpful, patient, and well-versed about framing and all the motions their store provides. We were very happy with the finished pieces.

Sarah Cobb was extremely helpful. Back in 1995 I had 8-8x10 oil photographs (of me and my siblings) custom-framed at another store. These were 'portrait' pictures. At first I thought I could just 're-cycle' the frame, glass, and 'recut' the mat myself to frame 6-8x10 "landscape" pictures. After breaking the glass, doing a 'not-so-professional' job of re-cutting the mat, and creating bends in the pictures with tape-mounting, I decided to use a professional. Sarah was great! I ended up and had her cut me new non-glare glass, make a new mat, and drymount the 6 pictures on new foam board. Sarah was so very patient and did a great job! Trust me, it's easier (and cheaper in the long run) to just have the professional 'do the job right' the First time!

I had two pieces of original art that I wanted to change the color of the matting. I checked with several framing stores, and The Frame Center was the lowest price and gave excellent service.

Lauren and Erica are both great to work with. They have a creative eye and are willing to work patiently with customers. They took interest in my art, how the frame would fit into my home, and my personal tastes. Their prices are very reasonable. They promise completed projects within a week, and finished several days early. Their shop is well lit and comfortable to spend time selecting frames. When I returned to pick up my first order, I took in two other pictures to be framed, spending another $300+.

Lauren was very polite and helpful in assisting me in my selection of mats and frames. They called me just a few days later to let me know that the framed picture was completed earlier than expected and ready for pickup. I was truly impressed with the final product---so professional (and so reasonably priced with a coupon). Erica did an amazing job!! I love it, and highly recommend their services.

The associate with whom I dealt was Erica Sullivan. The work was great in every way. I was very satisfied with Ms. Sullivan's work, and will continue to use her service, and this company in the future. I highly recommend them! Excellent service.
