I reviewed Angie's List and thought that Satellite Video Products offered what I wanted.  I called and Paul arranged to stop by and see what I wanted and the layout.  He mailed an estimate.  I called and accepted the offer.  We set an installation date.  A large job opened up for Paul and he called to ask if I would be willing to postpone the installation.  I agreed and we set another date.  Two stallers came on schedule and completed the work in the estimated time frame (they work by the hour).  Paul and the installers were professional throughout the process.  Paul waited several weeks and called to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome of their work before sending me an invoice which was on the low end of the estimate.

I first met Paul when I was getting a roof mount for my Dish Network system. He was very helpful and informative. When my Dish network system went down a month later I called Paul to see what he would have to replace my Dish system with. He had Direct TV at a competitive price to Dish. I believe they also install Dish Network but I no longer wanted to use Dish Network as my provider. My Dish system was 12+ years old and had gotten unreliable. Until I called to cancel Dish wanted $'s to service and or update. Paul sent some very helpful and informative installers to my house to check the job and to inform me about what they had. Packages, equipment, ect. We picked out our package and Paul called us back to schedule and install. The guys came out (on a really nice rainy day), installed the new system and even took down the old system and wires and put them in my driveway. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I am very happy that I contacted them when I needed the new system Great people to deal with.

It was a little difficult to get a response to my phone calls - took a couple follow-ups on my part, but had I been more patient I'm sure they would have gotten back to me. I wanted the work done right away, so I tried to have realistic expectations. Once they figured out how to work me into the schedule, though (which was same-day), the service was excellent and very friendly. Bob even lent me one of his tools to complete some other work I had to do myself. He doesn't know me at all, but still trusted me to return it to the store. That's respecting the customer!

Two men came and installed the over the air HD antenna in my attic. They were in and out the same day. They did a good job. I have a great signal from an antenna inside my attic that no one can see.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANIES KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE GOING TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. THE TWO INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.
