Dick and his team are second to none. Dick wants you to be happy. Right from the get-go we knew we would hire him. The pool was put in with no real hiccups and we LOVE it. We have had a great relationship with he and his team since. We go weekly to get our water checked and we use RNM for the opening and closing of our pool since it was built. They are great people!

They were good and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use the same in future.

It was probably a big job. We had used him in the past and he had actually built the pool many, many years ago. Dick Mallory is the owner and he usually does most of the work himself. I really do like him. He does quality work within a reasonable time limit. He's pretty fair in terms of pricing. We didn't shop around a lot either.

He built the swimming pool for us twenty years ago. I have known him for long time. He and his daughter take care of the business. I had called him for an estimate in October for the vinyl liner but he was very expensive and it was about $56000. It seemed that he was an expert in swimming pool so we kept on using him. In the past their service was good. The only time I didn't like him was that he didn't call me back for three weeks after I had called him for three times for the estimate. I would rate him high overall. I would use him again in the future.

Mr Mallory is a pool expert. He is nothing but professional , friendly and great to work with. He is flexible with meetings and goes above and beyond to make you happy. This is one business where the customer truly does come first. We would without hesitation recommend RNM pools for anyone considering purchasing a pool in the future.

He does an excellent job and is so responsive. His people are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They do their best to help you and provide good customer service.

Very prompt service. The filter stopped running on Saturday afternoon. RNM Pools owner Dick Mallory personally stopped by on Sunday morning to investigate the problem. He diagnosed the problem, retrieved a new motor from his shop and proceeded to install the new motor himself so that our pool would be up and running as soon as possible. Incredible commitment to customer service and satisfaction. RNM demonstrates the desire to partner with you in obtaining satisfaction from your pool experience.

RNM has provided our pool service and supply needs for the past three years and we have never been disappointed. Once you are their customer, they respond to you quickly and pleasantly. One evening when I called to put a message on their answering machine about our pump problem, Dick Mallory answered the phone, got in his truck and was at my house within 30 minutes installing a new motor! We wouldn't think of using anyone else. Good people!

RNM and Dick Mallory have been great to work with. Dick is very experienced and has lots of useful tips for less experienced pool owners. They do a great job opening and closing our pool each year. The new vinyl liner looks great and was put in 6 weeks ahead of schedule.

RNM INSTALLED OUR POOL 10 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM TO OPEN AND CLOSE OUR IN-GROUND POOL. THEY ADD CHEMICALS TO WINTERIZE THE PIPES, SHUT ALL THE EQUIPMENT OFF AND INSTALL THE COVER FOR THE WINTER.
