Don Harden, the owner of PDQ Computer Solutions, was the technician sent by iyogi to help me with my computer problems. He did fine and even helped me buy a new computer, since mine was bad. Don went with me to the MicroCenter store, and helped me set the new one up at home. In order to transfer my old information to the new computer, he suggested that he take home my hard drive and run it all night as it could be several hours for the drive to download to a flash drive. This was against iyogi rules, so he told me to lie to them and say all of the work was completed. He took it home and the next day brought the flash drive back and loaded everything I wanted on the new computer. In the meantime he had also answered many questions about Windows 8. He told me to call anytime (614 - 204-1382) with any more questions. But he did not bring my hard drive back. He told me he forgot and would bring it back the next day. When I called him later to see when he would return my hard drive, he did not answer. I left voice mails and sent emails but no response. Finally on May 2, he called and left me a voice mail saying he was having phone problems and that he DID have my hard drive and would return it or ship it to me. I have not heard from him since then.
I finally left him a deadline of May 24, or I would take action. So I filed this complaint on Angie's List (the web address Angie's List sent me to confirm my comments were received was http://my.angieslist.com/AngiesList/myangie/checkthelist/spinformation.aspx?iy%2bOA2MsEr%2bxaw%2f0oQRFRo5d8r3PRc7dBZ%2b2Au8wsY3T%2fE1G6yhsMb0Vnb3qvD%2bDj604RwzKffDoHnUozxQ5IMfa8U5vORJB3ev0%2b9LXbACDOOn5BtmiCCfEALSEOzxd).
I filed a police report on May 29 and reported the hard drive as a theft. The officer tried calling Don and he did get through but Don denied everything, and that I must have been seeing things, and they he never took my hard drive. So he lied to me and the Police now, because I have him admitting the theft on May 2. So the way I see it is that he lied to iyogi, stole my hard drive and lied to the police and to me, broke promises to return it and to help me with Windows 8, and yet he continues to receive assignments from iyogi (and probably other places). By the way, when I spoke to iyogi, they told me that since I said everything was fine, they would do nothing about it. My conclusion is that iyogi and Don Harden and PDQ computer solutions are all helping out each other for reasons I do not know.
Thank you.

Very prompt and attentive to our needs. Diagnosed problem and explained our options without trying to influence our decision. Since our computer was an older model we elected to replace it rather than invest more money in it. Yvonne helped us select a new computer which met our needs without a lot of costly extras. Returned to our home to set up new computer for us. Gave us many helpful tips. In addition to her good work, we really appreciated Yvonne's honesty and reasonable charges.
