Molnar Design LLC

We just passed our one year anniversary of when we signed with Molnar Design LLC and gave them about $20,000. "Highlights" to date include: 1) Endangering our family and visiting friends, despite repeated requests to the contrary, by a) Leaving piles of trash (over 10 ft by 10 ft) in our yard for months on end, including metal shards, numerous rusty nails sticking up out of boards, all withing the reach of curious, small children. b) Leaving a staircase accessible to small children and without rails for over 120 days, giving ongoing access to our children (1 yr old and 3 yrs old). 2) Failing to cure multiple leaks for over 180 days 3) Faulty installation of windows and a door, not in harmony with manufacturer specifications. See #2. 4) Failing to complete the project within a reasonable time frame 5) Not answering phone calls from me since mid-April and calling me only 1 time since then. This list is not exhaustive; there are numerous other problems. Despite our best efforts to be patient and understanding, Molnar Design LLC has failed to provide us any explanation for why the project timeline has more than doubled the contracted timeline and tripled or quadrupled the verbally stated timeline. Similarly, there has been no finite communication for what timeline we should expect from here on out. At the rate of progress over the last 4 months, we should expect another year of this nonsense.
