WE'VE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. ON THE FIRST OCCASION, WE ORDERED DINING ROOM FURNITURE. I ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS PRICED VERY COMPETITIVELY. ONE PIECE WAS DAMAGED, BUT IT WAS QUICKLY REPLACED. ON THE SECOND OCCASION, WE ORDERED LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. AGAIN, THE PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. HOWEVER, THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY WAS 4-6 WEEKS BUT IT TOOK 14 WEEKS TO RECEIVE OUR FURNITURE. THEN, THE ORDER WAS NOT AS WE HAD SPECIFIED AND SOME PIECES WERE DAMAGED. THE CORRECT PIECES HAVE BEEN RE-ORDERED, BUT AGAIN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3 WEEKS AND WE'VE BEEN WAITING 5 WEEKS NOW. IT SEEMS ADAM HAS TRIED TO DO RIGHT BY US, BUT I ALSO THINK HE IS CHALLENGED WITH MANAGING AT LEAST THIS PARTICULAR VENDOR. BASED ON OUR PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR ATTEMPTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, I WOULD BE WILLING TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT.
