We got a quick response from Brian! We called on a Sunday evening and first thing Monday am our call was returned. They were out Monday morning to assess our situation and a new furnace and AC unit had been installed later that week at an excellent price. We were given options but chose to go ahead and have new units installed even though we were given a fair estimate for repair work. Would use again!

The project went great. They were able to rearrange their schedule to get heat back into our house a week ahead of schedule. The workers were very professional the entire time. They were able to address the heating imbalances in three rooms that have never been good. Overall excellent price and service. Would not hesitate to hire again!

The most impressive aspect of their service was their explanation of what needed to be done, why and how they would execute it. Regarding one particular job, I'm referencing the installation of a complete heating and air conditioning system in my business, they took it from steam heat with no cooling to a forced air heating and cooling system. All details were fully explained with consideration to my concerns regarding unit and vent locations, etc. The other times I've used them for minor residence repair. They're very kind and detailed...exactly what you hope for in service personnel. In conclusion, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the significance in cost comparison. They were by far the most reasonable in all bids considered, but my enthusiasm for using them came from their detail. Anyone can tell you about a furnace or one is needed, but couple that with why, how and a decent price...you have Mission Mechanical. I would no longer consider another company if they were around. Very, VERY satisfied!

Mission Mechanical's service and knowledge regarding heating and cooling is exceptional. To determine what type and size of units I needed for both the furnace and central air conditioning, they used a computer program that factored in the size of my home, number of windows and construction type. For the attic space, they recommended a ductless system that was both efficient and esthetically pleasing -- it looks like a picture hanging on the wall and you can change out what you put in the picture frame. This little ductless unit has really done the trick; I can now keep the attic room the EXACT same temperature as rest the house, which is no easy feat for an older Clintonville home. I have had one issue regarding the furnace on a 4 degree night and called Mission Mechanical and left a voicemail. Boy was I impressed when the owner called me back and then came out to my house to see what was wrong. When the owner arrived and inspected my furnace he discovered that a small animal tried to nest in the exhaust pipe that comes out the side of the house! He cleaned out the exhaust pipe and my furnace was back up and running great! Now that is customer service!

Brian's team is always a pleasure to work with. They are prompt and professional. The work is always well done and I am glad to have them to rely on. I especially am happy that Brian always takes the call or calls back quickly. Over the years they have repaired heating coils, replaced compressors, and done seasonal checkups all with good results and at times saving money. They are a team that I trust.

Very well. I highly recommend Mission Mechanical for any HVAC installation or service. They recently installed a heat pump in my home and I was very impressed with their work. The workers were polite and efficient and completed the work in record time. The owner was very accommodating also. When I had a question about my new system he stopped by my house within two hours to answer my question. The company is very conscientious in giving excellent service during the installation and in addressing any problems that may occur after the installation. Excellent customer service.

Our AC went out, and called them for service. Bryan first tried to make a simple repair hoping to get some more time out of the system, but it was time for a new unit. He explained the options, even talking me into a more reasonably priced unit based on what our needs really were (not what I thought I "needed"). Very practical! Installation was done quickly and his crew was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and recommend to friends/family.

Our AC went out I called Bryan, he was abel to stop in and fix the issue within 30 minutes.  This was on a Saturday and but his trip charge was still reasonable.  (other service providers I called wanted twice this for a weekend call)  Bryan was very professional, did not try to up-sell me on work I did not need.  Bryan was very knowledgable, knew what he was talking about and I felt I could trust his judgement.  
I had called another supplier who was very professional and prompt but they wanted me to replace 2 parts for more than twice of what Mission Mechanical wanted.  Very satisfied with Mission Mechanical especially when I the other service provider led me to believe I should replace my entire HVAC system.
