The one area that is not good is that even if you have an appointment your going to wait sometimes they don't take your car in right away even though you had an appointment so punctuality is a problem and the way to avoid the problem is to leave your car there and then they call you when it's done, you cant count on their appointment schedule.

New Brakes and Rotors. Brakes constantly squeaked. I took it back a week after and I was supposed to be fixed. The squeaking remained off and on. I basically had to replace the rotors sooner than I should have. I suspect because of the pads were faulty. There lifetime guarantee is crap as well. I asked again about pad replacement but they wanted me to pay. Took it to the Volvo dealer and amazing everything is perfect and it was less than I paid Midas. DO NOT GO HERE.

scheduling is easy. They get you through pretty quick and don't bother you with the typical overpriced upsells the 15 min places try. I had my car in this location a couple yeas ago for a rattling muffler I thought was rusted through. I was told the heat shield was rusted loose and they could put an inexpensive clamp on it rather than replacing. They could have got me for a muffler but chose to be honest and that goes a long way with me!

They were very friendly, fast, affordable and courteous. When I thought my wheels were still out of balance they informed me that they were actually getting worn out and I needed new tires. They diagnosed this at no charge!

I was trying this location again after an issue we had last time we tried to get an oil change. Last time we had a 10am appointment and dropped off the car and went to run errands. We left both of our cell numbers. When we came back at 12:30 the car was out front so my husband dropped me off and left. I went inside only to find out they had not even started! Nor had they bothered to call us to tell us. The guy was nice and apologetic and gave me a free oil change. He also said I needed an air filter but that they don't carry them and I'd have to get one ordered in.
On March 1st I went back for an oil change and I requested ahead of time that I would need an air filter brought in. After my appointment (which took almost an hour and a half even though I was waiting and had an appointment), the guy told me they still didn't have the air filter and that someone was driving it over. He said I could wait or that I could come back anytime that day or that weekend to get it. I ended up leaving and about 5 hours later I decided to put my daughter back into the car and drive back there to get the air filter. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me they still didn't have it! He said I could come back the next day but I told him I would not be back. He wasn't very apologetic.
Basically making appointments at this location is pointless because they ignore them. They are nice people but the place isn't run very professionally or efficiently.

Very professional, good communication, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They even emailed me some pictures of what needed fixed. Nice new store, coolest waiting area I've ever seen at an auto shop. I will do business with them again.

Brakes were making strange noise. Took to Midas and dropped off in evening. Received a telephone estimate (caliper on one side was bent) the next morning. Work was completed on schedule and brakes again work normally.

I took my car to this company because my engine was smoking. After leaving it with them to examine, I got a call with an estimate to fix my car. I was told I had a huge oil leak in my engine and it would cost about 3,000 dollars to repair. A friend went with me to pick up my car after I decided not to do 3,000 dollars of work to my car, which I didn't think it needed. My friend, who is not an auto mechanic, took off my oil cap and found that the gasket in side was shot. We figured out that because the gasket was bad, the oil was coming out of the top and leaking all over my engine, which was causing it to smoke. To replace the gasket in the oil cap at another auto repair shop cost all of 3.95 and my engine stopped smoking. Imagine that!

They are fair, they provide outstanding service, and Chris and Joy are very customer service oriented. They have excellent mechanics and I will definitely use them again. When a company makes a perfectionist happy, you know they must be good.
