MARBLE COMPOSITION

I received bids from several companies and they were by far the best price. I knew prior to hiring them they did outstanding work and use quality materials. The work was done sporadically because they would do specific rooms as the house was being remodeled. They had different crews who specialized in the specific flooring types. The crews never took breaks and were extremely hardworking. They do absolutely outstanding work.

Installers are exceptional. Very happy with the work.

I am happy with the results. I was very happy working with the owner of the company. He made himself very accessible to me while picking out all the materials. He is a nice man. He was easy to work with as well. I get a lot of compliments on the floors, but the people who installed the carpets were kind of rushing. So, I don’t think the carpets were installed well. There are spots that don’t look as good as they should. They didn’t clean up well after themselves. They were more used to construction jobs like working for home builders. So, I think that they need to realize when they are working for home owners. They need to be neater and clean up after themselves. However, the owner was great, but some of his workers were messy.

It could not have gone better. Angelo started when they said, and finished within a day or so of the expectation. That slight delay was OK because the tile removal was much more laborious than they expected (glued subfloor), so an extra couple days of removal was required-at no additional charge. The result is beautiful, but they even did extra things without charge. Way beyond our original agreement. There was no refinishing of shoe moldings in the quote, but when I said that maybe I would do that while they were removed, Angelo simply offered to do it as part of the job, and it saved me a lot effort and finished things perfectly. No charge. I don't think you can go wrong with Angelo and Marble Compositions. Contrary to most smaller floor installers, Angelo has a showroom where you can see all of the products for comparison. He was also knowledgeable about more exotic woods, their hardnesses, advantages, and so on. His BBB rating was A+. For all this, his costs were lower than all other quotes, is some cases (vs. another Angie's List company) only about 2/3 the cost.

NO QUESTION I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY ANYTIME I NEED THEIR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. HIS WORKERS ARE POLITE AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CLEANED UP EACH DAY. IT WAS THE MOST POSITIVE MARBLE GRANITE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. IT WAS JUST A GREAT COMPANY. I HAVE USED A LOT OF MARBLE AND GRANITE COMPANIES IN THE PAST.
