Window Treatment Service
They finally called back about a week later, but I wasn't home. The gentleman said he would call back the next morning around 9am and they never called.

Terrible sales staff and destructive installation.
I had floor to ceiling, wall to wall blinds installed.I was quoted a time-frame of 4 weeks, in total it took 4 months to complete the installation.  The blinds were installed in multiple trips requiring me to  arrange to be home 5 or 6 times.  On most occasions they were late by as much as 2 hours when I was supposedly their first appointment of the day.  On one trip they arrived, opened the box of the piece they had ordered (this was the second time it was ordered already) and it was the wrong color.  No one thought to open the box of the piece that was custom ordered to check if it was correct before arranging installation with me.
I have a combination of electric and mechanical blinds. Many of the mechanical ones are very tight and require quite a bit of force to raise and lower.  The mechanisms are also made of cheap plastic which I do not expect to last long.  There is a plastic bracket that holds the bead chain into the wall, this has come out of the wall on 4 blinds.
The installation has caused significant damage to my home.  They placed their ladders against the casing of my window and directly against the glass of the window to do the installation.  The casing was severely damaged in the process.  They tried to claim that the damage was too far down the window to be caused by their installation, despite the fact that I watched them cause the damage.  They eventually agreed to send a repair man to fix the window, but the casing still does not look new.  They also leaned a ladder against a wall and left large scuff marks in the paint that wont wash off.  Since they mis-measured when installing the one blind there are also extra holes in the wall.
Since some of my blinds are electric they arranged for an electrician (hired and paid by them) to install electrical outlets.  They however did not install enough, and I had to arrange a second time for the electrician to come out and install the proper number of outlets. Overall their installation is careless and poorly managed.
This review has already provided enough reasons to look elsewhere, but the previous careless comments about slow and careless installation are not the worst parts of the experience.
One night while brushing my teeth I happened to wander onto my patio and to my surprise I could see in full the toilet in my master bathroom.  They sold me blinds that are see through at night without telling me that.  Their salesman was in my home, measured and recommended the blinds.  My bedroom and bathroom blinds, which on one side face an elementary school, provide no privacy at night.  Their response was to tell me that I should have known that and it was my problem.  The best solution they offered was to replace the fabric (billing me for the fabric) in the bedroom and bathroom.  The blackout fabric does not come in the same colors as the regular fabric and they were only going to replace the bottom half of the fabric in the master bedroom, so I would be left with mismatched blinds.
In summary, unscrupulous sale staff, careless installers, and premium prices; you should use a more respectable company for your blinds.

First the repairman said he was unfamiliar with the screen as it was an "old"one. When I pointed out to him that the screen was installed in 2007 by his company he said he didn't usually service this type of screen. His first suggestion, after lowering the screen and seeing how unevenly it dropped, was to not lower the screen the entite way. When I said that was not acceptable he then made one minor adjustment to allow the screen to drop evenly.
After receiving the invoice I called the company to question why such a minor adjustment was so costly. I was told the cost included not only the repair but the secretarial and administrative costs involved in the service call and also included "in case more was needed" during the call!!??
